Brake

Intraax®, we introduced a new, efficient brake system using 254mm
long, extended-service profile, hardened S-cams and beam-mounted
brake chambers. Bronze S-cam bushings; thick, coined braked shoes
with hardened wear areas; and heavy-duty hardware complete the
package, giving Intraax superior brake performance. |

Pivot
Connections
|

Hendrickson
supplies two separate pivot connection systems for long life
service and axle alignment precision. Quik-Align® uses a
specially coated bolt and our Torq-Rite® shear nut combined with
eccentric and concentric alignment collars. Welded alignment uses
a 1-1/8" dia. threaded pivot bolt with steel collars. The
axle is aligned, then the collars are welded in place. |
