Truck Suspension Systems

Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems designs and manufactures the most complete line of heavy- and medium-duty truck suspensions available. In fact, we are the world's largest independent suspension supplier, having produced over 2,000,000 suspensions and innovated many technological breakthroughs.

Trailer Suspension Systems

Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems is the clear leader in the design and manufacture of trailer air suspensions. Initially, trailer air was used primarily in furniture vans, platforms, and specialty trailers, where Hendrickson dominated with a technologically superior product offering. Today, we design and manufacture air ride suspensions for on and off-highway vans, platforms, and specialty trailers throughout the world.

Auxiliary Axle Systems

Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems is the world's leading producer of liftable suspension systems for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. We credit our leadership in this important market to innovative products which support our customers' needs to maximise payload and minimise operating costs.

Spring

For seven decades, Hendrickson has been pushing the boundaries of technology in materials and manufacturing processes. Today, Hendrickson supplies nearly 1/2 of all flat leaf springs, and 3/4 of all taper-leaf springs in heavy- and medium-duty trucks and trailers in North America, as well as supplying advance design taper leaf springs to many of the leading European truck manufacturers.

Stamping

Hendrickson is the undisputed market leader in the production of metal bumpers for the Class 8 truck market in North America. In fact, Hendrickson supplies more than 2/3 of all metal bumpers for North American Class 8 trucks. As the demand for bright metal bumpers grows, Hendrickson has developed a line of durable stainless steel clad aluminum bumpers that is environmentally friendly and rust-free.

Worldwide Operations — Europe, Australia, and Mexico

To address the rapidly growing demand for Hendrickson products outside North America, Hendrickson established full capability operations in Europe, Australia, and Mexico. Our success stems from the ability to deliver value-oriented systems and components, tailored to the specific needs of these markets.
